I know that other people in the office have no problem using the search function, but they are a) using PCs and/or b) are using the Microsoft Outlook not the web app. I should also point out that the account I'm having difficulties is a work email account (different than the one I'm using to post here) Once the Indexing process is complete, check if the ‘ Microsoft Outlook search not working ’ issue is resolved.
